REFUND POLICY

Our goal at Supreme Courtz is to provide exceptional service for all of our sports rental customers. We understand that plans sometimes change unexpectedly, so we offer a flexible refund policy.

If you cancel your reservation within 1 week of the reserved date, you can receive a full refund.

If you need to cancel within 48 hours of the reservation, we offer court credit that allows you to reschedule within the next month without any additional charges.

We value your business and are committed to providing you with a hassle-free sports rental experience.

We strive to provide our customers with the best service possible, including a fair and flexible cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your rental, please let us know at least 24-72 hrs hours in advance to avoid any fees. We want to make sure that your experience with Supreme Courtz is a positive one, and we appreciate your business.

Take note:
     Participant will not be refunded for no-shows or for cancellations outside of the 48 hours window. All cancellations must be emailed to info@supremecourtz.com or call us (702-622-9522) in the mean time. 
(Note: Website future update:  The supreme court website will provide a feature that the participant able to cancel/reschedule booking via online.) Subscribe our newsletter for any upcoming events. 

     Participant are responsible for late cancels or no-shows. The Supreme Courtz will charge the client for cancellation fee (50% of the total payment and The Supreme Courtz will send an invoice  via email to pay the corresponding fee.  

If no prior notice of late arrival has been given to the front desk, and the participant(s) has not checked in 10 minutes after the hour for the start of court time, then the court will be forfeited and the court time may be reserved by another party.
