Waivers for basketball gyms may include:  Release of liability

The participant agrees to release the gym, its staff, and sponsors from any liability that may arise from their participation  

• Understanding of risks

  The participant acknowledges that they understand the risks of participating in the activity  

• Safety protocols

  The participant acknowledges that they understand the rules of the game and any safety protocols that need to be followed
